cleaning the filter in water, the filter oil will not come off

 Foam Filter Cleaner:
No more solvents! No more gasoline! No-Toil Filter Cleaner is a
high-concentrated powder that dissolves in water and creates a
solution that will clean a filter, treated with No-Toil, in
seconds. The cleaner breaks down the waterproofing agents of the
filter treatment and rim grease before completely washing out
oil, grease, dirt and dust from the filter. No-Toil filter
cleaner is a non-toxic, no-fume, no-odor cleanser that is skin
safe and designed to be used in a kitchen sink, a bucket or even
a washing machine. When finished cleaning, the filter will look
“brand new” clean. The cleaning solution will clean your hands
while cleaning the filter. It will clean the sink or bucket and
you’ll come away smelling clean, not like gas! Now, just dump

Rim Grease:
No-Toil Rim Grease is a high viscosity, non-petroleum based
compound specially engineered to provide the ultimate in sealing
the air gap between the filter rim and flange. Designed to
withstand up to 300 degrees F, it remains waterproof and
dust-proof, keeping damaging dust and water from being drawn
past your filter. The squeeze tube allows quick and accurate
application to the filter.
