How much does it all cost?

In order for a rider to obtain “Exchange” privileges, he must first purchase a membership card for $10.  Once a rider has obtained his “Exchange Card” he must then buy filters from The Filter Exchange” which are sold at 15% discount off of retail.  When a rider wants to “Exchange” his dirty filter for a clean and pre-oiled reconditioned filter, he simply pays $5 per each filter he is exchanging.

Can I clean the filters on my own?

Certainly!  BUT, you MUST use the proper cleaner and oil.  For instance, if you are using a Twin Air filter, you MUST use the Twin Air Biodegradable Filter Cleaner and Twin Air Biodegradable Filter Oil (and the same goes for No Toil).  This is very important because the oils designed for the use with these specific filters.  Also, if you use a petroleum based oil on the filter, the filters will NEVER come clean and will have to be disposed of.
